A consumer who has concluded a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days /from receipt of the goods/ without giving a reason and return the purchased item at his/her own expense.
NOTE! Any goods made to customer order and sale or second-class goods are not subject to return. We do not have steel-glazed doors in stock. We make (glaze) each door model to the individual order of the customer.
To meet the above 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry, by e-mail or traditional mail.
The consumer is obliged to return the item to the entrepreneur immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. At that time, the entrepreneur will refund the buyer all costs incurred by him (related to the purchase). /We do not accept any parcels sent cash on delivery or sent at the recipient's expense. The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer/.
If the consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the additional costs incurred by him.
The Act also does not provide for a partial or proportional refund of the shipping fee in the event of a partial return of purchased goods.
The consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not apply to the consumer if he buys a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to his specifications or intended to meet his individual needs.
